Spencer P. Desai
Spencer concentrates his practice on bankruptcy, business reorganization, business loan workouts, debtor/credit rights, Chapter 7 & 11 bankruptcy, and commercial litigation. For over 30 years, he has represented corporate and individual borrowers in bankruptcy proceedings, workouts, defense of fraud and collection actions.
Mr. Desai has advocated for banks and lenders on a wide array of issues, including loan enforcement, workouts, lender liability defense, prosecution of fraud actions, and stay relief and other matters in the United States Bankruptcy Courts. He also represented a broad diversity of other constuencies including Chapter 7 trustees, creditors' committees, lessors, and business acquirers.
Spencer's mission is to deliver outstanding legal solutions with a commitment to integrity and dedication, equipping his clients to efficiently handle their legal challenges.
